Our on a camera walk on the moor top the land management, cutting and burning of the moorland is clearly evident. This makes a complex collection shapes, textures and colours. Just beautiful.

Sometimes, we make our studio bowls in a larger size.

The light over Rosedale today was wonderful... half an hour later it became too hazy for pics as the smoke from a moor burn filled the dale..... I understand the reasons for the moor burn but sometimes it's hard to live with.

Our vases have just a small hole in the top, perfect to hold a single bloom or a small posey from the garden. They do vary from vase to vase. When you order if you'd like a larger diameter, drop me a line and I will take a look and find you the largest aperture of the days making.

The garden is full of hellebore, such a wonderful bloom.
