Returns and Refunds

All returns are subject to conditions - see below

Always keep your email purchase confirmation or credit/debit card recipt, as this is your proof of purchase. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to Gillies Jones Glass Limited in its original packaging and or original condition.

We follow these guidelines:

  • If you have ordered an incorrect colour and wish to exchange for the correct colour, we shall be pleased to do so, if the merchandise is returned in original condition within five days of purchase
  • All merchandise returned must be accompanied with an email confirmation, receipt or invoice as proof of purchase
  • Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Gillies Jones Glass Limited, The Old Forge, Rosedale Abbey, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 8SA
  • If your bowl is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the bowl and the reasons for return and whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that domestic and international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged work to Gillies Jones Glass Limited.
