Our first Limited Edition of 2023 is the wonderful Snake's Head Fritillary.
A striking plant that belongs to the lily family, they are found in damp meadows, marshes and on river banks.
Given many names, some of my favourites are chess flower, frog-cup, chequered lily or simply, fritillary.
It is a fascinating plant with a rich history and ecological importance that continues to captivate and inspire people around the world.
